Evidence of Touch is a student-curated body of works from the Kansas City Art Institute’s Junior Sculpture class. Each piece offers a glimpse into the individual artists’ unique practices, demonstrating that community doesn't require uniformity to function harmoniously. The Vault Gallery fosters an intimate negotiation of context, proximity, and influence. Curated through a collaborative process involving accommodation, negotiation, and collective decision-making, the exhibition exists as a demonstration of establishing common ground and a sense of belonging.
